Anne Remington, M.A.
Director of Staffing & Operations
Anne Remington has nearly 20 years of experience in managing community-based research studies and data collection activities. She has overseen multiple projects for the New England Family Study, including studies of health, education, and health literacy; aging, memory and brain function, and; epidemiological studies of mental health disorders. Previously, she worked in the field of psychiatric rehabilitation and recovery, providing case-management, advocacy, and employment program coordination and services. Ms. Remington has a master’s degree in Applied Sociology from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, and completed a Certificate in Management at Harvard University’s Extension School. Her research interests include the effects of early social factors and events on mental health and associated risk for mental disorder in adulthood, and the implications for community health programs, interventions, and policies.
