Justine Hervé, MSc, MIM

Justine Hervé graduated with honors with a dual Master’s degree in International Management and International Strategy with a concentration in International Economics from the ESCEM Business School and the University of Poitiers (Tours – Poitiers, France). She has previous experience in Business and International Business Development (Trade/Foreign Direct Investment). She joins the U54 SCORE team as its Administrative Director from the consulting firm OCO Global Ldt (Belfast, United Kingdom) where she was a project manager for various Economic Development Organizations around the world. In Europe, Justine represented a number of U.S. States and other foreign governments, shaping their international promotion strategies and working to attract key international investments. Justine has also helped private companies with their global strategies in the US and UK and consulted on facilitating trade in Europe and Latin America. She managed a Business Development effort in Dubai in conjunction with creating a novel program for European firm recruitment and business management in South Korea and India. Thus, she brings a range of global business and experience with project and cross-site management, financial oversight, strategic development, data analysis, and ad-hoc event planning. She has worked in many international locations and speaks three languages (French, English, and Spanish). Most recently, Justine worked with Partners In Health, contributing to contact tracing initiative in Massachusetts and data collection efforts.
Justine is also our Innovation Center (ICON-X)’s Program Manager, supporting the Center’s initiatives to develop Sex Selective Discoveries and Novel Therapies for all within Mass General Hospital
